Earlham Park, Norwich, NR4 7TQ

If you have high dependency needs, require assistance with accessing performances, or have any other questions not answered below, please don’t hesitate to contact us in advance.

Blue Badge Car Parking

A limited number of Blue Badge parking spaces are available at JUNCTION 42 and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend arriving early as spaces are few.

If these designated spaces are full, Blue Badge holders may park in designated ‘Disabled’ or ‘Pay and Display’ bays for an unlimited duration. Please ensure your Blue Badge is valid and displays your photo.

Accessible Toilets

Accessible toilets are available throughout JUNCTION 42, including in the Welfare Tent and each toilet block. These locations will be clearly marked on the Access Map.

Seating

Seating is available in the VIP area for VIP ticket holders. Additional seating is provided across the site, primarily in picnic areas, though it is limited. Personal chairs and stools are permitted but must be used only in designated areas marked as “own seating areas,” with clear signage and arrows guiding you to these zones.

For those who require seating due to medical reasons, a small viewing platform is available.

Hidden Disabilities

We understand that hidden disabilities may not be immediately visible. If you need assistance during the event, please contact our Welfare Manager at the Welfare Tent. Alternatively, you can reach us in advance at info@junction42.com for more support or advice.

Personal Assistance Tickets

Important Note: The deadline to request PA/Carer tickets is 01/05/2025. Unfortunately, requests for PA/Carer tickets won’t be processed after this date.

We offer free PA or carer tickets for those who require assistance, subject to a £5 process booking fee. These tickets are available with a +1 on your Access Card or registration. Please note that applications for PA/Carer Tickets close two weeks before the event.

Carer tickets are only available for standard admission and do not include access to VIP areas, as these areas do not have accessible facilities such as toilets. The accessible viewing platform, toilets, and other facilities can be found in the standard festival area.

If you wish to purchase a VIP ticket for a carer, it will be charged at the full ticket price.

If you don’t have an Access Card, you can still apply for free registration to our events or obtain a full Access Card here https://app.accesscard.online/apply/thefestivalcrowd/. Once you’ve purchased your ticket, email us at info@thefestivalcrowd.com with proof of purchase, the event name, and your Access Card/registration details to receive your free PA ticket.

Additional accessible services include:

Disabled Toilets
Disabled Queue Lane
Disabled Viewing Area
Disabled Access to Bars

The name on your disability evidence must match the name on your purchased ticket. Personal Assistance tickets must be requested within seven days of purchasing your event ticket.

Once the event sells out, Assistant tickets will only be issued if additional tickets are legally made available.

Accepted Forms of Evidence (dated within the last 12 months):

Disability Living Allowance (DLA)
Personal Independence Payments (PIP)
Severe Disablement Allowance or Attendance Allowance
Blind or partially sighted registration certificate (BD8 or CVI Certificate)
Evidence from an eye specialist confirming severe sight impairment (blind) or sight impairment (partially sighted)

To apply for a Carer ticket, please email your booking reference and one of the above forms of evidence to info@junction42.com within seven days of purchasing your ticket. Late requests for Carer tickets cannot be guaranteed.
